We have yet to have our full team yet. When the playoffs get here KG and them will be playing max min instead of 5. And a thing for tonight what u think was going to happen missing two starters and two of the bench and two of is all of our height. I will still take my chances with this team instead of breaking it up. Go celtics

Playoffs???

Have you seen the post ASG schedule?  This is about to get worse before it gets better.  We're looking at a Bulls/Heat first round matchup

overreacting? we're about to hit the hardest part of the schedule with a sub .500 flawed team... all signs point to panic mode...

an equal possibility at this point is Danny sitting in the room waiting for the pingpong results to be announced.  Cleveland is playing like they want it more.

Have we had a full team yet? Since the big 3 Jan. And feb has always been tough. Phila and Atl will choke all we got to do is get in. Why blow it up and not get there when you can wait til the off season and do the same thing.

because you can get additional first round picks and possibly a move for the future if you play your cards right instead of just letting everyone walk...

And wait another 22 years please. Do u really think a rookie can get us there? It will be even worst next year if we blow it up.

Stop overreacting? Maybe telling people what to do won't really help, and would sooner make tempers flare.

I suggest we stop taking stuff personal, and perhaps then, people will stop posting feelings as facts.

Leave the people out of the discussions ;)

I'm tired of seening this when we just took one of the best teams in the NBA with missing two starters and two top bench players out and still was n the game on road.

I'm glade they still want to make a game of it. The fans have paid to see good ball being played.

Each one of these shots to the heart , just gets us closer to a lottery pick.

They had us by 25+, got disinterested, and let their lead slip a bit. OKC is bad about this. As soon as we got close, they put their foot on our throats and turned lights out.

Thats the way I saw it more than anything, if OKC had poured it on they could have beat us by 45 easy.  They got lax and started falling to sleep with our rope a dope game  ;D

I wouldn't call it over reacting if we are simply reacting to the mediocre at best basketball that we're seeing from the C's. These are the Boston Celtics that we're talking about. This ain't some lousy small market team that is just satisfied with making the playoffs. This is Boston, with its 17 banners, where expectations are high and nothing short of a Championship will disappoint some fans, not sure you can say the same about small market cities.

Right now what we're seeing on the floor is a group of veterans who find it hard to play up to the speed of their younger opponents. At times their smarts, experience and mental toughness allows them to out duel the opposing team. A group of 30 somethings supported by an average bench can't be expected to play full throttle for 48 minutes for an entire season. This is why so many fans are saying that the C's are playing without effort and energy. Truth is, they have to pick their spots. With each passing year our ability to put together a consistent 48 minute effort decreases, and this year the results are as evident as they've ever been in the big 3 era.

This is not over-reacting. This is reality.

there's no overreacting here, we are just not on our right senses...one minute we're in it, the next one we're not...when it matters most, we fall short, undoubtedly talent is there, but we are missing the most important ingredient in ubuntu, HEART!!! once we discover it back, we just might make it..
"talent is not enough - I always admired the ones with heart..."
