AGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

I thought players were supposed to EARN THEIR MINUTES?

Why is JO playing that much? WILCOX wants to play. WILCOX is earning his minutes. A part of me wants JO injured now so Doc won't play him that much. TWENTY MINUTES!? One bad defensive play from Jajuan Johnson and he's benched.

Is it that hard to make the connection!? When JO plays, we go on scoring droughts. We couldn't score today...so play JO? Pierce looks dog tired and is putting up career worsts on the offensive end...34 minutes. Why not someone who at least has legs? Bradley? When its not working why not try something new?

KG is supposed to play 5 minutes a quater. Maybe a bit more towards the end. 25, below 30 minutes. 32 in a moral depleting loss against a Roseless Bulls, which should not have been lost if not for awful lineup management. Those lineups might have worked 3, 4, 5 years ago but THEY'RE OLD AND THIS IS A COMPRESSED SEASON. And JO has absolutely no business playing that much.

And when Bass comes back, Doc is going to ride his Big 4 + undersized 6th man power forward to the ground.

AGHHHHHH!!!!!!!! DOC!!!

agree.
we are nothing but a mediocre 500 team right now.
we are probably going to make it to the playoff even if we try not too.
so play the young guys, we need to know what their value is. can we depend on them? should we keep them for next years,?what is their value in a trade?

Wilcox played 26 minutes tonight, that's not a small amount. The only one who played an unreasonable amount was Rondo with 44. Overall on the season, though, Rondo is at 37, Paul is at 34, Ray 33 and KG 30, JO at 22. I think that's pretty much exactly where we want 'em, as far as health goes (talent is a different story, Jermaine).

Keep in mind we have two days off before Sunday, so Doc could afford to run them a few extra minutes tonight. All in all no real harm done there, I wouldn't scream at Doc for mismanaging minutes in this one.

Doc doesn't have much work with. He does not know who is gonna be available to play until almost game time. He does not have the luxery of player development because this is a win now situation. He is making the best of an almost untenable situation up in Boston.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

Very good point.

Even if he goes with the big-name veterans and loses, he won't take the wrap he would if he played the youngsters ahead of them and still lost.  So what are the odds of winning with young players?  Right...
