Mike James, but the good years.

A cross between Milt Palacio and Chucky Atkins.

Complete star.

I don't know for sure if he's going to be more like Westbrook and Rose than Paul and Williams, but in 2-3 years he will definitely be in that stratosphere outpacing the Rondos, Walls, Lawsons, Jennings, and Parkers of the NBA

Deron Williams.  He's not an explosive athlete like Westbrook or Rose.

Because of that, I think Wall still has a higher ceiling than Kyrie, despite being a bit older.

I think I have him 7th best PG this season. All-Star caliber player but not a franchise guy.

I have Irving with a higher upside than that.  I respect the heck out of Tony Parker's game, and think he would have put up tremendous statistics if he was on a lesser team where he could be more selfish.  However, I do see Irving as having franchise-level potential.

If I was starting a franchise with a goal of winning a championship within five years, I'd put Irving behind Rose and CP3, but ahead of Westbrook, Wall, and perhaps Deron.
