thanks greenbean... I've been a daily visitor to this site for years now. I was a sophmore in college when the C's got the big 3 going... I made the decision to throw everything I owned and some into getting season tickets and have managed to keep them since that day. I'm a diehard fan like the rest of us here. I somehow managed to keep my mouth shut, or fingers glued, and prefer to just read up on other peoples opinions, all of which are appreciated.
On the flip side, I managed to hold my tickets throughout my college days by designing a t-shirt and selling it outside the garden on game nights, running inside to catch the game, and sprinting out to sell a few t's. "Bleed Green" on the front of a kelly green shirt with BOSTON 18 on the back. Although I now find myself in the financial industry, several years out of college, I still enjoy going to the game a bit early and have fun selling shirts and talking to other fans in the process. It's certainly interesting when a client of my company I work for recognizes me from a meeting held earlier in the day... even better, selling a bleed green shirt to David Ortiz caused quite the stir.
I'm always looking on the bright side of things all Celtic's things related. I'm considered a homer among my groups of friends and I couldn't agree more... I also tend to be more right than wrong
Go Celtics... Go J. Lin, amazing story. Really can't make this stuff up. Till next time!
