Not surprised... When Bass hustles he is phenomenal and has a real nose for the ball... Problem is the guy wants to hang back and jack up 20 footers instead of getting boards and easy dunks... Frustrating waste of sheer talent and athleticism

Anyways, I still think KG is worst. I watch every Celtic game on League pass and I see that KG doesn't box out as good as Bass. Yes, the statistics doesn't match up what I think, but I just rely my b-ball thoughts on watching games, not stats.

Bass is the shortest of those bigs.  He is also a bench player.  O'Neal and KG are starters.  Wilcox is a bench guy as I see it.   You clearly expect more out of our starters.   The fact of the matter is we have never been a good rebounding team since the McHale-Bird-Parrish frontcourt.   Perk was an ok rebounder but not stellar.   We never had KG or Jermaine in their prime.   

Our scheme limits our rebounding offensively as we get back on defense.  We are old and that hurts us on the boards.  We shoot too many jump shots.   We don't box out.  I doubt a team meeting will fix all these woes.  I am sure Bass is doing what Doc tells him.

Since KG and O'Neal are starters the onus is on them as I see it.  It's been opposing centers who lite us up on the boards.

There is chance you never heard doc say he doesn't care for rebounding....and then you don't see his influence on the celtic game style....that is up to you. VS tha lakers, Bass got a rebound late in the 4th quarter, an offense end one, he looked up to pass...what did he see.......yellow. Lakers, no Celtics....watch the game.the ball goes up, all Celts turn and run back on D.....that is Lame pick up ball at best.....I don't know why I bother with you guys.....Why would I expect you-all to know these things....
