Energy!!

It all comes down to Energy and quite simply, old teams go thru peaks and valleys.  Coaching staff needs to recognize it and sub accordingly.

There is no reason why Rondo/PP are getting the minutes they are.  They just look tired.  Rondo might be young, but he has a lot of millage.  Got to keep that in mind.
