Would the Lakers trade Bynum for Rondo?

So I think if the Lakers offered me Gasol for Rondo, I'd pass.

Can't believe I am saying that, but I just don't think Gasol would solve a need right now for the Celtics.

Now if they were willing to offer Bynum for Rondo, that's a different story

Would the Lakers at least entertain this?

Possibly, if they're concerned about his injuries.  I dont think so though, Size is just too valuable.

Only if Andrew Bynum destroys his knee sometime before the trade deadline. I doubt that'd be very helpful for us, though.  ;D

Let's face it. WE are in a rebuilding mode not a retooling on the fly. We only have pierce and rondo going forward into next year. so we need to keep our cap and salary schedule as low as possible to compete for the best available players without over paying and build thru the draft and free agency. Taking on large contracts like Bynum's is not the way to go.
