The Bulls have overtaken the 76ers for the top slot in our rankings with their 22-6 record and 9.7 point average margin of victory.

Portland is ranked fourth despite being ninth in the Western Conference. But they have undoubtedly been buoyed by their 5.6 point differential, winning big as they did recently against the Suns and typically losing small as they have in three of the past four games.

Over the past two weeks, the Clippers have moved from 15th to ninth with Chris Paul returning from injury.

The Celtics have made an even bigger jump, going from 16th to fifth. Boston is 9-1 over their past 10 games, beating up on several non-MIA/CHI/PHI Eastern Conference foes.

The Jazz have slipped from 10th to 15th and the Lakers have dropped from eighth to 12th.
