The thing I can't stand is when Rondo is on the break then stops on the dime and passes it to the other team!

Paul only 7 points but has 7 boards which is very impressive. Need a good 2nd half from him to win

  • It's all about the TEAM!
We looked a bit shaky to me with lots of good moments too. Seemed like a feeling out half. We need to tighten up and take this home. We have to come up a notch. Not liking how we're handling Bynum and Pau. Kobe looks like he could get hot. We're going to have to punch them in the mouth. If it comes down to being a close game in the last 2 minutes, I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable. We can win this. But we have to play better than that. Stop being sloppy.

Well, if you notice, the Celts aren't even going NEAR the offensive glass...as usual, just putting up a shot, and turning to go back before it even his the rim....that is the bad side of doc-alogy.......he isn't a wrong..but he still doesn't understand rebounding...!

I've said this so many times...it has to be the most irritating thing about this team. After we put up a shot to see 4 Lakers and NO Celtics reaching for the rebound is just ridiculous.
Except their top three defense in points allowed per game and FG% allowed per game over the last 5 years says Doc might be onto something in making sure you get back on defense and not allowing easy fast break baskets

This is a classic example of two teams that know each other too well (even though we only play twice a year).

So, what you're saying is Javale McGee is a good fit for Doc's scheme?

Hahaha, that must be a joke...it is what YOU are saying....! do you not believe in rebounds and second chance points....getting the other team to foul you..like Leon Powee used to do..? THAT is what I am saying..! But thanks for asking...!

Mike Brown is concerned about them not getting back?

That's pretty much their only defensive strategy (and ignoring Rondo).

How do you get a fast break..? It is only 5 on 5 out there....a fast break is really only another major Defense breakdown.....WHERE IS YOUR MAN...I always say..!

It's games like this where I especially miss Perk.  We need to box out.
