Rajon Rondo has had some of the most amazing games in these past post seasons and yet everyone knocks him for his one weakness.. I am starting this thread as a rally around Rondo, No need to say anything negative about him.. It just amazing how quickly people forget the things he can do for this team..

Rondo is great, and just because some of us might trade him for one of the best big men in the league does not change that.

But who takes over the PG time?? Bradley?! Hes a great defender but you trust him in the playoffs with it in his hands??

Playoff game 6 vs 3seed. Guess who's the 6 seed. Half second left on the clock. Celts down by 2. Rondo was fouled, needs 2 to tie. Opposing Coach ices Rondo with a time out. Who do you trust?? God forbid.

Nope but I trust Pierce and he would be the one running the offense for the most part.

My favorite thing about this forum, is the guaranteed 2-3 thread titles a week that accuse me of doing something of which I'm completely innocent.

I for one have not forgotten how great Rondo is. He has secretly become a decent shooter, and is pretty amazing at everything else that's not a free throw.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
I love Rondo when he's good. He can be a difference maker. He single handedly can get us over the top sometimes. But he still worries me. Can't help it. Sometimes he makes me cringe. What can I say? I typically don't feel that way about the rest of the big 3. They have their off nights or stretches but for the most part, more reliable and consistent. With Rondo, I never know what we're going to get. When he's great, I love Rondo. When he's not so great, he makes me nervous.
The Celtics aren't quitters. Why should you be? - blind homer

I'd even feel comfortable running the offense through Pau, if this trade comes through.

I'm shocked that he's even being floated as trade bait. Crazy times, indeed.

For me, after Perk was traded that numbed my senses to anyone being traded.

I highly doubt that 2-3 people a week make threads directed at you.
