Yep, knowing Doc, he would.

I don't expect to see JJJ getting meaningful minutes this season.  Doc has decided to go with the veterans.  I don't have a problem seeing BBass getting mins over JJJ but; CWilcox over JJJ or Stiesma(for that matter) is bordeline unwarranted. We could argue JJJ would give you about the same as CWilcox plus JJJ would be getting a good look and invaluable experience in case we need fresh legs and leghth off the bench in playoffs.

The kid can clearly play, he is a knock down 15-18 ft shooter , seems to have great touch around the basket, goes after offensive rebounds and is fast enough to get back on D if he doesn't get them , and he gets out on the fast break  he will eventually get some nice alley oops if Rondo ever throws it up to him . Has had a blocked shot and seems like a decent passer

I think we may have gotten a steal late in the 1st round . Especially if he can put on 10-15 more lbs of muscle/fill out

This is the first time I've seen him in extended minutes. He looks good. I can't get a read on his game...he can do a little bit of everything. I hope he gets more minutes. He could definitely be an asset in the playoffs.

It's always easy to fall in love with the hype and potential of rookies, but I really do like this kid's game a lot.  Very impressive performances so far.

Hats off to Doc for giving JJJ some serious run, especially after Wilcox came in and played lights out in the first half.  I doubt it will lead to even a couple minutes of regular playing time when Bass is healthy, but that's Doc for ya.

Benching Wilcox was a mistake though, so I'm not going to give him props for this. He should've limited JO's playing time if anything. I'll give him props for finally putting him over Stiesma in the depth chart.

Giving Doc too much credit even there... the ONLY reason JJJ was ahead of Stiems, b/c it wasn't JO who was out, if JJJ was a center he would have still been on the bench behind Stiems! People say there are only so many minutes to go around... true, but why does a player HAVE to play about 35+? I could understand if we are down but up 18 with like 5 minutes and you cant give ANYONE a chance? I'm not saying clear out the starters but at least give the guys who have shown up (QQETM and JJJ, before tonight) some of those minutes, especially in this type of season! This is the regular season, we need to give everyone some blow (like rotate who plays every other game)... you would think Doc would let them play to get experience especially w/ all the injuries we have (all the time)! Why play Pavs over ETM, I mean Pavs knows how to be ready at all times, he is a vet... put ETM in!
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

It was nice to see him get a chance to play. We have had one of the easier schedules in the league in terms of games played. Once the schedule gets more intense, the depth will be helpful.

Moore and JJ ... are a great combo....

They need to come in with Bass/ Pie, AB and Wilcox

This group of guys is going to make a dynamite bench . They can score !!!!! Finally a bench that can score !!!

All they need is more practice and burn time to learn the "D" and the offensive sets.

Its starting to look like a CELTICS TEAM!!

He was fantastic tonight, I thought. He adds a dimension to this team that you can easily see being deadly in the playoffs.

And while he didn't make it, I don't for a second forget that athletic putback he nearly had on one of our misses.
