Man he is balling out! He plays a little bit like Rondo. Looks like the Knicks found themselves a starting point guard. Good for them, Knicks fans deserve to have something to be excited about.

I'm not trying to be a hater here, but I think people are getting a little too excited too early. This is his second year in the NBA and he has had exactly one good game so far. Lets see if he can have prolonged success on a mediocre team first before we start with all of these trade ideas.

+1 it was one huge game against a bad Nets team.

Of course people also complained about Bradley and Rondo's defense on him. This coming from the game where Lin had the line:

0-3 FGA 2-2 FTA 2 DRB 1 AST 1 TO 2 PF in 6 minutes

Might be a fluke, but the kid clearly does have talent. In his short stints with the Warriors he was averaging over 4 steals and 1 block per 40 minutes with a decent assist rate (about 30%, which is where Rondo was as a rookie).

Obviously it's a tiny sample size and there may be other deficiencies, but showing even flashes of ability for steals, blocks, assists AND points, well there's a chance he'll be a player once someone gives him some real run.

It does hurt to see a Harvard guy that just needed a summer league invite breaking out somewhere other than Boston...

Seriously the kid is deadly on the pick and roll and seems like a decent defender too. He already has like 5 asts in the first half
