I still think Memphis got the better of the Gasol brother trade.

Well this sure is a strange turn of events.

JO is gonna play after all, but now Bass is out?  This is wierd.  Guess we'll be getting a good look at Trey J today.  God thing Z-Bo ain't playing or it might have been real ugly.

And no TA, that is good, he gives Pierce and Ray fits.

It's a lot closer than anybody had a right to expect at the time, but I still give it handily to the Lakers.  The deal won them two titles, got them to the Finals three times, and saw three All-NBA seasons from Gasol.

  • It's all about the TEAM!
Good Rondo, take the easy layups and lay off the bad layups. Also, don't pass when you have an easy layup.

Tommy Heinsohn:  has apparently never seen Pau Gasol play.

("He's more of a quick forward than a power forward or a center.")

Hakeem would have got away with that move.

Rondo is looking good this quarter, I hope he can keep it up. And Wilcox sure benefits from it.

Looking good so far!
