Ya, that's a rare marketing fail by the NBA. I think they underestimate how much these jerseys would sell.

Those were LA Stars (ABA) jerseys and personally, I think they are sweet (even the Braves ones were not too bad).

I hate all the alternate jerseys and constant jersey changes.

Maybe I can get down with a throwback once in a great while, but most of this is pathetic.  And what's the point of alternate jersey's other than to give the fans another thing to buy?


I'm not saying you can't keep up with the times, slight alterations are fine (like Boston, Chicago, and Portland have mostly done).

This is the Celtics, not the Raiders.

Only time I want to see the Celtics wear the black is when and if they bring back the black shoes.

Those green and black jersies need to be scrapped.  Only time I want to see the Celtics switch jersies is if they want to wear those 50s, early 60s style jersies that say "Boston."
