Trade shows failed right now because Brandon Rush cant be traded with another player until mid February, but can throw in any other filler instead.

Golden State gets out of David Lee's contract and recieves KG (expiring). They get another C that they are currently looking for in Pekovic.  With trading Ellis, they can now move Curry to SG and have Ridnour at PG. They also still have Klay Thompson.

Minnesota receives a Ray Allen which will help them.

Boston take on David Lee's contract, but he can replace KG and is a solid scorer and rebounder (currently avg. 18 pts 10 rebounds).  Also receive Monta Ellis to replace Allen and gives much needed offense and a super quick back court.  If Ellis turns out to not work out then we can still have the option to trade him.  We will also probably have to throw in one or both of our first round picks.

We get a good young big, they get the tail end of KGs career. We get Ellis, and I don't even know who that other guy is. Golden State wouldn't win 20 games in a full season after this trade.

Can't we just bring Gerald Green back?

They get out of Lees 5 year contract and get KG expiring contract and KG can still contribute this season.  Golden State isnt winning games this season anyway with or without David Lee.  They will also recieve draft picks.

MIN gets a steal, GSW gets robbed, and we  just get kinda younger with a wash on increased offense for decreased defense.

Not sure Monta is a guy we want in green anyway imo.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

Yeah, I kind of feel the same in that it could be a robbery of GS, but Ellis has always been available, so they could put Curry at the two and they still have Klay Thompson. They get cap relief as well by losing Lee's contract and picks.  Ur possibly right, it could be too much for GS to give.  Just an idea.

Lee could not replace future KG at 50.  Oh, he is productive in terms of points and boards but he could not defend a fifth grader.
