Maybe, but he's earned the right to be that confident by producing results over time.

Yeah, Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline. that guy. What has he ever done for Boston in the clutch?

I can think of few I would rather take that shot.  No one on this team.  Maybe Kobe league wide but not many more.

Other than Kobe I think Pierce is my go to guy at the end of any game for any importance of the game... Looked like the tried the Garnett alley oop play and it wasnt there so they went to Pierce, which would have been my first option anyway.

If rumors are true and he gets traded ill be devastated. He's earned the right to do whatever he wants in this organization in my eyes. Including taking last minute shots and what not.

end of game I want the ball in his hand to shoot or pass, great clutch shooter
that said the play at the end of game daniels was open, of course pp was double-triple teamed as the cavs backed off daniels because his outside shot isn't that good

  • It's all about the TEAM!
Right man for the job, just poorly executed.

I feel as good with Ray or Paul shooting the ball in clutch time as I would with any player in the league
