Figured I'd give this a shot, maybe I'll put up a few more, depends what kind of criticism/bashing I receive. I don't think this is a trade that would necessarily happen. This would involve the Magic wanting to get rid of Dwight before losing him for nothing, but I think its reasonable. It also involves Minnesota putting a lot of faith in Rubio, and making Ridnour expendable.

Boston Gets:
Dwight Howard
Luke Ridnour

Orlando Gets:
Pierce
Stiemsma
Darko Milicic
1st round pick

Minnesota Gets:
Hedo Turkoglu
Avery Bradley
2nd round pick from both teams

Before you bash, I get that we lose Pierce, and we lose scoring. But this is basically the beginning of moving on from the big three, and not playing for a championship this year.

Would we trade Pierce? No idea, doubt it though.
Would Orlando do this? Possibly, esp if there aren't many options out there.
Would Minnesota do this? I think so. They get picks, they only lose out on Milicic and Ridnour, get a scorer in Turkoglu and a possible future stud in Bradley.
St. Louis Bombers (formerly Sacremento Kings)

PG-Tyreke Evans/Avery Bradley/John Lucas III
SG-Nick Young/Rudy Fernandez
SF-Linas Kleiza/MarShon Brooks
PF-Al Harrington/Kenneth Faried/Reggie Evans
 C-Roy Hibbert/Ian Mahinmi/Jason Smith  10.18

I think Orlando would take Andrew Bynum or Brook Lopez before they accepted Pierce.

Also, I don't think Minnesota would have much interest in Hedu.  They already have Beasley and William at the SF position, among other reasons.

It is always going to be biased and more wishful thinking than common sense when we try to find the best deal for Dwight Howard. This deal reflects plenty of wishful thinking.

Whose first rounder? I assume ours, which isn't that great.

Why would Minny do this? They need a Center like Darko next to Love. Who would they play at Center? Love?

If you can't give a starting C option for Minny, I say delete the post. Add to it the fact that you have then trading Ridnour also and getting not only nothing in return, but also a ridiculous Turkoglu contract, and I have to wonder why you think Minny would accept this deal. Their fans are enjoying this team. They would need a good reason to make a deal.

Sure, Ridnour is expendable, but they are only going to trade him if they get something back!

I think it is also an overstatement to say "they get picks" when all they get is 2 second rounders. Do you remember Hedo when he wasn't on Orlando? Horrible. If he can't play with Nash or Calderon, why would you pair him with Rubio? They don't need a point forward.

This makes no sense.

Orlando's going to try to rebuild. What do they have to gain with two aging veterans.

Minnesota doesn't really improve either. Ridnour>Bradley. Hedo Turkoglu doesn't really offer the Timberwolves anything.

No sense at all.

Would Minnesota do this? I think so. They get picks, they only lose out on Milicic and Ridnour, get a scorer in Turkoglu and a possible future stud in Bradley.

If Bradley is a "possible future stud", the Celtics should not do this trade and should instead gamble that Howard is a free agent in the off-season.  If Bradley is not a "possible future stud", Minnesota has absolutely no reason to get involved.
