RT @KCJHoop: Deng has torn ligament in left hand.

If he opts for surgery it could potentially end the Bulls hopes at a title this season.

Let's hope he opts for surgery then!

That's a really big loss for Chicago - they should call Wilson Chandler everyday before his March release.

Til then, sign Jamario Moon and have Brewer play a lot of undersized 3?

That is big news!

This, as well as the ongoing Love negotiations, could greatly impact Ainge's decision to blow it up or  let the current contracts expire.

That really sucks for the Bulls, makes all the pundits who worried about his 40+ game logs seem all the more correct.

Yeah probably the best they can do without a trade.

I don't think Jamario Moon adds anything to their team. They need someone with more physical toughness at the three with Deng out of the picture. A true physical presence at small forward.

Moon is more of a big two than a true three. I'd go with someone like Julian Wright instead.

I wouldn't be surprised if Chicago just went with Jimmy Butler as their backup SF the rest of the way if Deng was out injured. Give Korver extended minutes alongside Rip and give Butler a few minutes a night as the fourth wing in the depth chart.

Does Ronnie Brewer have the length to guard opposing SFs? Could they shift him to the 3?

Chandler is restricted. Have to be a trade.

Brewer is no where close to as good as Luol Deng. They have no chance against Miami if Deng isn't there to defend James. Also Pierce not being hampered by Deng would be so huge for us if we saw them in the playoffs.

Don't forget Rose has turf toe and that won't go away this season. You're asking him to do even more now. With no Deng Bulls have no chance. He could opt to go Kobe and refuse surgery, but who knows how that plays out if he does that.

BOTH Graham brothers are also available!

This stinks for Chicago. Their fan base must be so bummed.

So basically Chandler can join Denver of they don't move him before seasons end? They are fricken stacked

Makes a Pierce trade very enticing for Chicago.    Had to be said.

Also, Kobe supposedly is dealing with a torn ligament too.

You took the words out of my mouth. Lets let things play out to the trade deadline. If we arnt looking like we have turned it around and are a competitive playoff team, or danny gets some inside info that we have a legit shot at Dwight or Love then we have to consider trading pierce.

Pierce for Deng and Asik ( Bulls do it if they want to compete this year)
