I think you heard him wrong.

I could swear they were talking about Perk. maybe i misheard.

nevermind, you were right -- Mannix said he got it wrong.

My mistake, was distracted watching. Twitter folks say Grousbeck was talking about Perk

You're right, that does really change the whole perception of the trade.  Perk wasn't coming back regardless (that's probably because he knew they weren't going to offer him what he wanted, though).

Nope. That's what Wyc said about Perk. Perk's comment was probably taken out of context. Like Perk would NOT sign for what the C's were prepared to offer.

Not able to watch the game on TV yet.

How was Glen received by the crowd? Any cheering or just indifference?

I thought he got a nice standing ovation...really happy to see, even though he wasn't my favorite player.

Somehow, improbably, Celtics winning rebound battle 15-14.
Gotta give it up to Danny after speaking on breaking the team up it lit a fire under the Big Three an trickled down. They are actually competing and trying, they planned to prob just coast into shape and the playoffs.

The difference is Pierce playing aggressive. He is looking to scoring every time. On team with very few scorer, celtics need him to score.

I pretty much didn't like him but he got what he deserved, nice welcome and a thank you on the scoreboard.

Must feel like 2005 for Pierce on the offensive end with attention he's getting. More offensive talent on that team too than C's tonight.

Flashback.

i don't know when he was intro'd, but when he came in he got nothing......and he isn't doing much....

Thanks ejk and Meadowlark....I hope he continues to not do much, especially against us.

I wish him the best against everyone else, though.

I cant believe that we are hanging with the Magic considering our starting lineup has bradley/pavlovic
