Sterling does moore!  2 big plays.  Tell me -- I had the sound off-- was there any talk that the Moore play in the end zone might be reviewed.  Looked like he may have caught and controlled it.

My heart could not have handled OT.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing . . . once you catch the ball in the end zone and control it, isn't the play immediately over?  but they called it like it was a legit defensive play, so i'll take it

Calvin Johnson Rule: Maintaining the possession at all times. Rule implies only when catching football in end zone.

Pflanns Paul Flannery
That sound you heard was Celtics writers rejoicing over two more weeks of football season.

Aww, Flannery . . . that's sad but true.

bleh, as amazing as it would be to get revenge over Eli and the Giants, i'm already traumatized enough from the '07 game . . . I don't think I could take losing to the Giants again.  I'd much rather see Pats v. 49ers.

I too would struggle to handle another loss to Eli and the Giants.  Just for the purpose of dealing with the stress, I'll root for the 49ers.

Yup.

The 49ers are a very good team, and the Pats defense would probably make Alex Smith look like Eli Manning anyway, but I'd rather face the team that hasn't been to the post-season in years and years before this season (not to mention a rookie coach) over the opponent that won a Superbowl a few years ago.
