I would not trade Bass, he is good for the Celtics. Much better than Big Baby - I feel we had a win with this trade - not like the Green/Perkins Trade..

Next Year we need to assemble a new first team and use our Big 3 as our bench. This would be great and so worth seeing happen. Plus, with the acceptance of the deal with Ray to Minnesota, we can surround Rondo with more athletic players.
Starters:
C  Varejeo (all of MLE)
PF Bass (replaces KG, can run with Rondo)
SF Green (5 Million contract, replace with Pietrus if he's not available)
SG Johnson (Minnesota trade, Ally-Oops galore, a defensive Derozen replica)
PG Rondo (Star)
---------
Bench
C Stiesma(keep), Pryz/Dampier/Armstrong(vet.min), Clippers Pick
PF Garnett(will have a B.A.D year), Wilcox(comeback season), Johnson
SF Pierce(go 6th man of the year or 'go home'), Pietrus, 2rd pick
SG Our Lottery Pick(No more trading them for flops...), Moore
PG Ridnour(Minnesota Trade), Dooling/any other veteran for a vet.min, Bradley

I would say that roster is what we wanted in '10, Reloaded. Lets Go Cs! ;D

Bass is not the starting PF I would want.

The level of play he has shown means he is likely to be payed more then a rebuilding team (or at least more the a smartly rebuilding team) would pay.
