WASHINGTON — The Boston Celtics will once again be without the services of Rajon Rondo, who remains out due to a right wrist injury.

Celtics coach Doc Rivers hasn't announced who will start in place of the two-time All-star, but it's expected to be second-year guard Avery Bradley.

Bradley replaced Rondo in the C's 79-71 loss to Phoenix on Friday, tallying 10 points, four rebounds and three steals.

"I'm going to play within the game, try to get our team in sets and really just learn," Bradley told CSNNE.com. "Every chance I get, I want to make the most of it. This is an opportunity for me, and I'm ready."

two games in row??? makes me wonder if this is going to be a lingering concern... Rondo is as tough as they come and for him to miss 2 games in a row?  maybe Doc and Danny are trying to get the young guys some experience since they know this season is a bust!!

tommy point love will be reciprocated

at this point, beggars - and celtics - can't be choosers. a win is win is a win.

besides, watching bradley play for 41 minutes was interesting. he is not a great passer, though he did get the ball to players. but to be honest, i cant figure out why his shots dont fall. he has a history of being a good shooter.

oh well. any news on rondo's return?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
