A team that we might be able to beat with Rajon Rondo playing or not! We can probably win that game with our Big 3 one foot in the retirement home! Then we'll go on a 3-5+ game losing skid even if Rondo is healthy enough to play.   :'(

If you haven't built up a protective shell to shield the negative emotions as a C's fan, now's the time to do it.

Seriously, even I did not even think the C's were bad enough to lose to the then 5-9 Suns even without Rajon Rondo. That's how UGLY as the headline of C's-blog this team is.

im rooting for a loss.  A win for Washington and a loss for Boston is great for our lotto chances.

Worked out in 2007 when I rooted for losses.   So... yup.

The Wiz beat the Thunder recently (best record in league). They can't be completely written off.

I kinda thought that about the Suns too.  And we pretty much played most of the game down by a good amount.

Washington concerns me right now. Our two games with Rondo this year vs them were difficult.

They now seem to be finally playing more competitively.

Add in that Javale has had two very good games against us, and that's even more reason to be concerned.

It's OK (IMO) to root for losses when your best chance for improvement is a poor record.  That's the system.  However, I'm not ready to go there. I haven't lost all belief in this season quite yet.

Just FYI, the Wizards have 2 wins. If the Celts can't win this, Rondo or no Rondo, it will be the dagger for the season.

What do you expect out of this season?

Do you think a team of old vets that has been known to play bad bball at the end of the season is gonna wake up by miracle, go on a run and upset 4 teams without HCA in the PO?

 ;D

I love how 50% of our wins this season have come against the Wizards.
