So supposedly Orlando is interested in picking up Steve Nash and making a run this year. What if we do this:

Rondo to Phoenix
Steve Nash to Orlando
Jameer Nelson, Orlando #1, Phoenix #1 to Boston

Phoenix turns an expiring Nash plus a pick into the Rondo they never should have let go (and how exciting would he be there)

Orlando gets Nash to make a run, for just Nelson and a pick.

Boston cuts another $3M from next year's cap and now has 4 1st rounders and becomes the deal maker through draft night. Want to make a run at Howard or Love? We have picks to burn and still could deal Pierce as a matching, expiring salary that can actually still play.

No.. Rondo is our only hope at getting some kind of free agents here.

I'd look to flip Nelson as well. I've never been a big fan of his game.

The Orlando pick would likely be in the mid 20s, considering the season they are having and the addition of Nash to their squad.
