Hey everyone I registered here because I haven't seen this discussed anywhere and I was curious if anyone else picked this up last night before the Raptor's game.

During the pre-game broadcast on CSN, Gary Tanguay did his usual thing and then passed it to Greg on the floor.  Gary made a joke about Greg getting into trouble in the past and Greg laughed it off and started his report.  About 10 seconds in he starts looking distracted, like something is going on behind the camera, he then starts shuddering and slurring his words, like he's having a seizure or something.  It was very strange.  The footage cut to the last celtics game and then back to Greg, who was rushing through his words before quickly passing it to Tommy and Mike.

The camera caught him rolling his eyes, he was clearly shaken.  Did no one else pick this up?  It was very strange.

Also, Greg was absent from the whole game.

It looked like a seizure, or he crapped his pants on camera.  That's the only other thing I could think of.

Did anyone DVR the pregame?  I have it recorded but I haven't captured it yet to upload it to the net.

I didn't see it, and don't want to speculate, but I do believe Greg was out for a number of games earlier in the season, and I believe, based on some things Mike said that it might have been health related.  Hopefully it was nothing.

Coincidentally, the health-related reason was that he suffered a seizure late last year. Ouch.

Welcome back to Greg Dickerson, who said he felt fine Wednesday in his return as CSNNE’s Celtics courtside reporter after suffering a seizure a couple of days before the team’s Christmas Day season opener. Dickerson underwent an assortment of medical tests, but doctors discovered no reason for the seizure.

Hopefully that was his first seizure.  You're an epileptic if you're diagnosed with more than one but some can have just one seizure and be fine for the rest of their lives.

As an epileptic, I'm hoping he doesn't have this condition.  It's pretty scary.

Oh man that is scary. I hope he is okay. One of the few guys who the players seem to actually like and give some tidbits to every now and then.

Having a seizure is definitely a scary experience (even if, like me, you have no recollection of it but instead lost consciousness).  If it turns out that Greg is epileptic, though, there are certainly worse health issues one could have.  Let's hope that it's not indicative of a much more serious issue.
