Is there a good site out there that is up to date of injuries, when guys have monster games and when a start shift happens? TP's for some good sites.

It's given me enough info to track my fantasy team, which is on Yahoo.
2019 CStrong Historical Draft 2000s OKC Thunder.
PG: Jrue Holiday / Isaiah Thomas / Larry Hughes
SG: Paul George / Aaron McKie / Bradley Beal
SF: Paul Pierce / Tayshaun Prince / Brian Scalabrine
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge / Shareef Abdur-Raheem / Ben Simmons
C: Jermaine O'neal / Ben Wallace

I use both rotoworld and cbssports. Also, every day I check out ESPN's fantasy blog which is updated daily with news from the night before, who to watch for, etc - http://espn.go.com/fantasy/blog/_/name/boxscore_basketball
