wow didn't realize Scal averaged almost 20 mins a game that year.. those were dark times.

for folks who are clamoring to trade KG and pierce, my advice is take a look at the roster from that year, subtract pierce, and see what one rising superstar and a team of young, scrappy, supposedly 'exciting' players looks like.

And this is what people want to go back to? Being a real fan means going through the good times and the bad, and if the masses on this board get their way then I have to agree with Roy, its going to be a long decade of sucking.

With an improving Pierce, Pietrus and hopefully Wilcox at some point, we should be able to improve enough offensively to creep slightly above .500.

With KG at his current level, can't see us doing better enough defensively for it to matter though.
