  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
Injuries aside(That was a huge factor), what team from 2007-2012 was the best Big 3 team we had?

I say the beginning of the 2010 season, where we had a healthy big 4 and o'neal brothers. That team looked amazing. We had so much size, and very good depth. Perk was going to back(let's pretend we were not doing the Green trade)Nate Robinson was the spark plug we needed, Rondo became a star, 'Quis was there, Big Baby...I believe he was doing well for a span prior to his slump? We had Delonte as well... a very talented team. We were 1 SG-SF signing away to have great depth at every position.

I feel like that team without injuries was better than our 2008 team. Sure, the big 3 were still primed, but Rondo was not at the level he is now. I'm sure you would all rather have Shaq and Jermaine healthy than Powe and Scal. Nate and Delonte provide shooting that House and Cassell could.

All in all, I feel we could have dominated the 2010-2011 season/playoffs had everyone been healthy.

Um...the team that won the championship, because, well, they won the championship.

The 1986 Celtics were the best "Big Three" team

Agreed.  The KG injury really only allowed us to have one, true season of the "Big Three" IMO

I think we'd have rolled to a repeat in 09 without the KG injury.

We simply have not been as effective since.  Fatboy Sheed didn't make up for Deadleg KG (rehabbing through the season) in 10, and the difference turned out to be home court in the Finals, which I still think was the difference.

I love the 2008 team because that team won a championship and gave us a very memorable regular season. The 2010 team had a pretty memorable season I only wish the ending was not as painful as it was.
