Tonight, Doc's eyes watered up as he talked about Perk always being a Celtic. KG said he talks to Perk every other day and that Rondo and Perk talk basically every hour.

Perk was always one of my favorite Celtics so hopefully the crowd gives him a standing o. He'll always be a Celtic!

Fans need to get over it that the trade happened.  It does no good bringing it up over and over again.

I honestly believe if this team was in a good place right now no one would even remember this trade happened.

Because it seems that the team has been going downhill ever since that particular trade..it makes it that much harder to get over. Everyone is wondering what could have been.

You're absolutely right.  I believe that we would have had a better shot at beating the Heat in last years playoffs, but not as good of a shot as everyone seems to think. 

This decline was going to happen whether Perk would have been here or not.  Albeit it may have been a slower decline.

If people are going to question what could have been with Perk being out it is the 2010 Finals > the trade last year by a large margin.
