I know i love ray, but he cant create his own shot anymore. Hes the best shooter in the league no doubt, but you gotta be able to do it all to be top 5.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Manu yet.  All this time in the league and the guy still gets no respect.

For perspective, though, "nobody" means 1.5 lists so far. ;)

Kobe
Wade
Ray
Ginobli

Eric Gordon (I can see an argument for Ellis or Evans but I think gordon is the more complete player)

I recognize Manu and would have put him on this list 3 years ago, but hes just older now.

1. Wade
2. Kobe
3. Ellis
4. J. Johnson
5. J. Terry

-I think Johnson gets underrated because his contract is so miserable, but at the end of the day he's a very good two way player.

- I flipped between Kobe and Monta about a hundred times.

- Real tough leaving Harden and Ray off the list

Dude, take a look at his numbers from this season or last season.  He's still great.

When i Read the name of Eric Gordon, the Jet and Harden, other then Monta "no difense, i can shot and no other" Ellis , e not of RAY ALLEN, I thought that is a Laker Forum.

After that, i thought that is a Joke.

Finally, I realized that Pitino was right ; "all the negativity that's in this town suck"

For Me :

1) Kobe
2) Wade ( i hate both them)
3) Ray Allen
4) Joe Johnson
5) Ginobili

honorable mention : T.Evans, O.J. Mayo.

Andre Iguodala    Josh Childress    Marquis Daniels
Dwyane Wade    Leandro Barbosa
Kirk Hinrich    Toney Douglas   + the legendary Kevin McHale

I find it insulting that some of you are leaving Ray off of your lists.  Im not sure if you've just been so spoiled from getting to watch him or if you're just "The grass is greener" people but I cant see any kind of argument for Ellis or Joe freakin Johnson above him.  Harden at least has an argument due to his Defense.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Bryant
Wade
Ginobli
R.Allen
Harden

Wow the shooting guard position needs some fresh young talent this position was stacked 5-10 years ago. Is Harden really the best of the younger two guards? Small Forwards seem to be the new thing now.
