And in that "Must Pierce retire a Celtic?" thread, most of yall voted yes....

If so, then he needs to retire at the end of the season

Momentum? This will absolutely kill me if there's another late comeback that falls just short today.

If KG and Pierce are as out of shape as it appears, they should be absolutely ashamed on themselves.

Only down 18, we got this!

Heck no....can't mess up our record setting bad season...we need first picks.......

Man it feels like NFL Indianapolis Colts here in Boston with Celtics.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Now Blake Griffin knows how to be funny.

Take notes Dwight.

Dudes ...I wouldn't want to be in Dannys shoes right now, this really goes back on him at this point

Why?

It´s not Danny´s fault that players age, nor is it his fault that people would´ve gone crazy if we had blown the team up before this year.

Somebody's fault for sure for a humiliating situation like this.
Danny or Doc, or both. You choose.

I´m not sure if that´s sarcasm or not.

What´s humiliating about having four good years with a three-year plan?

I'm talking about getting banged right now; I'm talking about guys who can't run or jump; I'm talking that I don't see this level of mess in no other team at the moment.; I'm talking about being down almost 20 with your opponent playing half gear..

That's humiliating to me.
That's humiliating to me

This comes down to one question:

Do you believe this team has what it takes to win a championship this year?

If so, Danny has done a good job.

If you don´t, you should ask yourself what other options he had.

Ainge would´ve been tarred and feathered if he had blown the team up before this year. He tried to trade for Chris Paul, who didn´t want to join us. There was nothing else he could´ve done to keep this team a contender while rebuilding on the fly.
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

These next two possessions will show me a lot...we built a bit of momentum. We need a bucket and a stop.

Two years ago KG dives for that loose ball. Now he watches it go out of bounds.

His muscles no longer obey his mind like they used to do so.

Don't forget they were pushing for decertification like crazy which would have cost the entire season. Looks like we now know why. Because they were so out of shape they knew they couldn't be effective until March if the season started up fast.

And of course, the season started up fast.
