I'm 46 years old and have two herniated discs in my back and I think I have a higher vertical leap than Pierce right now.

later tonight:

"Rajon Rondo demands to be traded to a contender."

I was JUST thinking this.

I'm pretty sure up until those two free throws by Pierce, EVERY SINGLE POINT has come off a Rondo assist or basket. Love the effort by Rondo but that is terrifying.

Nice putback by Wilcox

Rondo just looked at Doc in the timeout they were showing on ESPN like "what kind of crappy team am i surrounded by". either that or he tuned him out.

Ok much better. Rondo got work on finishing strong to the rim.

Bill Simmons had a funny tweet today - he and his dad went out to lunch together...  Basically that his dad said "I think Pierce has gained 15-20 pounds this year."  To which Simmons said, "I ate a salad in Paul's honor."

Anyone who is saying Perk would have helped this drubbing is delusional. He cant shoot he cant make free throws. Hes not looking as strong defensively since the trade.. Gimme a break. Perk would not be a difference maker in this game by any means.

That being said.. Please blow it up Danny. Let's get as much as we can for the vets. Id like to see Pierce retire a Celtic but other than that were playing for ping pong balls at this point. I feel dramatic and sacreligious even saying it but i at least would like to see a future for my team.. Right now im not seeing that at all.
