So, if Dooling is out, do we get to see Bradley as the prime point guard backup? Gulp. And supposedly JO is going to play, but the way he has been playing, I don't think it matters whether he plays or not. Reportedly, Dooling has a knee injury. I am sure he will be day to day --  ;D

I'd expect Daniels to get the nod.

I hope JO sits out.  We need to get Wilcox up to speed.  Getting Stiemsma more burn will also be a positive.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

'Quis will have to take on some of the ball handling duties with the second unit.

SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

But what about the quote this year? Something like Quis handles the ball like it is a football. Is this the guy we want handling backup point duties? Don't think it matters anyway, given who they are playing tomorrow night.

If the alternative is Bradley, I think Daniels gets the nod.

Per Sherrod Blakely Dooling is "questionable" and JO is "probable"

Marquis needs to get some pt AND he is very good at running the offense.  I have no problem whatsoever in him getting 10 minutes at pg or point shoot guard.  As for Jermaine sorry big guy but I am glad he's taking a night off, he hasn't done much of anything and honestly at this point I'd rather give all those minutes to Stiemsma and let him develop as much as possible. I guess give wilcox more pt to get into the system, he so far hasn't shown much of anything
side note dooling has been a nice pickup

'EEI just reported Dooling is likely out, but I guess that would qualify as questionable. As for JO, I would say he is questionable every game, whether he plays or not.

Hope JO sits out for many reasons.

First, Willcox and Stiemsma have a much better chance of running with Noah. As a matter of fact, I think that Stiemsma is a pretty good matchup against Noah.

Second, forcing an already fragile JO to play if he's not ready is pretty problematic.

JO should sit regardless.

Dooling out shouldn't matter too much. With Rose out, Rondo should have his way with Lucas and a Marquis/Moore combo should be able to take the ball up OK.

Is Rose out? I heard he was playing.

JO has been bad except for 1 or possibly 2 games but what exactly does anyone see in Chris Wilcox. In the limited minutes he has played this year he's made JO look like an All-Star by comparison.

The only center that has shown me anything is Stiemsma and even with him, I wouldn't trust him to play more than 24 MPG as I don't think he is that great a defensive rebounder and the C's are getting killed on the defensive boards right now.

Dooling has convinced me he is NO PG. He's a SG in a PG's body. Avery Bradley might not have a great handle on the ball but Dooling's ability to handle the ball is even worse. His TO% is at 27%. That means slightly more than 1 out of every 4 possessions, he's turning the ball over even though he is only playing 18 MPG.

While the wing, PF and starting PG positions are in good shape on this club, the center position and backup PG position is an utter disaster at the moment. Dooling, Pierce, Daniels, or Bradley have to show they can run the show for 10 MPG while Rondo sits and someone has to step up and start giving this club 30 minutes of quality center play if this team is going anywhere.

maybe this is a sign let's see how rondo, bradley, pietrus, bass, stiemsma play together  ;D

bradley can surly shut down korver and we all know quis is korver's nightmare aswell and also bradley guarding rose from time to time needs to happen

will be a fun game if ray and paul are on the same great page on offense

and also i'm sure doc will play that zone because the bulls have no 3 point shooters in that starting line up yeah deng is a good shooter but he has not been at his best from 3 in recent games

Bradley can shut down Korver? Korver is what, 6'7? He'll just stand still and take jumpers over Bradley all night.

Bradley is best utilized on players that actually dribble the ball.

korver can't handle the ball that's a instant steal and bradley can move him off that 3 point line smother him and make him take a shot he does not want to take a shot he does not feel comfortable taking  and height has nothing to do with it some of the best defenders are around bradley's height did you forgot about tony allen? dude is like 6'4

it's all about make a player force their shot and get them off balance
