Just watched the replay of Phonix vs LAL and thought, if the Celtics dosnt win it all, i would love to see Nash & Hill get a ring.

That made me think, who in the NBA would you give a ring to if you could?

Rings should be earned not given.

Rings should be earned not given.

So what's Adam Morrison doing with two then?

My answer would have to be Nash.  He could've gone ring-chasing anytime in the last 3 years, and no one would've blamed him.  Instead he chose to stay and try to win with his team.

agreed -- the thread title is poorly worded.

i think the idea is, if you could see somebody win a title, who would you want to see win one?

i would put Nash at the top of my list as well.

Like I'm a basketball God and I can make a team win a ring this year. Such power. WIth such power comes great responsibility.

I choose......the Suns without a doubt.   Followed by Cleveland (aimed at Lebron), followed by the Raptors (Bosh), followed by Al Jefferson and the Jazz, followed by the Timberwolves just to add some insanity to the mix

Shane Battier might be next. I don't think he has one.....wait...he's on the Heat now right? Never mind.

With Dirk and Kidd winning a ring last year, hmm ... the next player I'd most like to see win a ring (who doesn't have one yet) would be LeBron James.

On a realistic note: I'd really like to see the Portland Trailblazers win it all. They've been through A LOT.

All that ALONG with the fact that Jermaine O'Neal and Zach Randolph both leave them to have borderline HOF careers.... it's gotta be tough to be a Blazer fan.

Reggie Lewis.

That is pretty poor taste, why didnt you just say Len Bias as well, or any other non living player.
