NYK=L ( and they aren't even good , I know I know, no PP  ::))
Mia= L
Ind = L

This is going to be an ugly season with the c's hovering around 500

There is no front court rebounding whatsoever.

Can you say #7 seed?

Small sample size, but yes, it's very troubling that although they've been able to hand their business just fine against bad teams, they haven't been able to come up with a win against good teams.

Exactly what I was gonna post.  This team needs to make a trade if it wants to contend for a championship and not just be an average playoff team.

Well on the bright side we were losing to the Wizards and Nets of the league the past two seasons so I hope this trend of beating the bad teams continues. Then we can focus on getting wins against the better teams. Pacers always give us a rough time so I can't say I'm surprised by this loss.

I don't know if I would consider the Knicks a quality team. With Pierce they win that one regardless.

C's are going to lose more games this season, people need to accept that now.

There is a big problem in the frontcourt though. Ainge needs to answer that immediately. C's need to ship JO out before he gets a season ending injury once again.

This.

It's not like the C's weren't open for a lot of shots.  they just didn't fall in.

I'm not sure if this is the Celtics we're going to see down the road. Pierce is coming off an injury, Bass is stone cold tonight and Pietrus is not here yet.

I agree that we need to trade JO though. I think even Stiemsma is playing on par with JO.

I agree. The rim had a lid on it tonight.

Giving up way too many bunnies and not rebounding at all. KG/JO are stinking it up.

Pacers got destroyed by Heat really bad,  alot of TV pros were predicting the Celtics would be in trouble if they weren'y on ......they sure forgot how to play basketball .

Pacers weren't very good really.  We sucked so bad tonight even they couldn't loose with a poor game themselves.

I had my head in the puke bucket most of the game... it was almost more than I could stand to watch

They are gonna lose more games this year, maybe more than they win.

I don't know what the answer is or if there's a trade out there that can be made to fix things, but yeah, I just don't know how far you can expect to go with such a weak front court offensively, especially one so lacking in size and athleticism.

I disagree here.  We haven't just lost, we've been outplayed BADLY by playoff caliber teams.  The scores of the NYK MIA games were not really indicative of how the games went.  And really the NYK are an overrated team with lots of flaws so it's not like we came back against a solid team.  We need to right the ship fast or this will be a very long season.

Our losses come to teams with a current record of 17-12.  Our wins are against teams with a 4-25 record (WAS twice).

They have yet to beat a team with a Pulse. I am worried they won't meet my 38 win prediction. They simply cant contend  with the good, young, athletic teams.
