Dooling is pretty good so far but turns out he's not as much of a play maker Delonte is. E'Twaun looks promising but Doc won't play rookies and he's probably not ready yet anyway. Quisey is not back in full force yet.

Our offense looked terrible because we had to rely on Brandon Bass to create off the triple threat, which was horrendous. Rondo was burned out in my opinion after going on overdrive carrying the team twice for over 40 minutes (yet still scored 12, which was what you all wanted).

Our defense was terrible in itself but when you don't score, morale is screwed and everything falls apart, especially when you're grinding on a back to back. The last 3 games were really hard to watch because it was Rondo carrying a group of rusted individuals against 2 contenders and 1 back to back.

Pierce can play make and Quisey is coming off an injury. Is our offense just missing play makers? Can Pietrus create off the dribble too?

Pierce and Pietrus will help us a lot I agree.   But back to back  games will still kill us.
