Have we been sending our bigs to the rim enough on alley oops? One of the images I had in preseason was Rondo spoon feeding KG, Bass, Wilcox and JJJ above the rim. This requires timing and perhaps that is challenging with such a short preseaon; but why is this not a more visible part of our game? Stiemsma is a big target!

You had images of Rondo feeding empty air?!

Well, I said in another post, an idea I like when everyone is healthy is to take Rondo out at the 6 minute mark in the first quarter and bring Dooling in.  He gives the C's good range and no one can sag off of the Big Three.  For the next few minutes, just run a half court offense.

Then from about the 2 minute mark to midway through the second quarter, bring Rondo back out and let him run and gun with Wilcox, Pietrus, Bass and either Daniels or Dooling at the 2.

It'd make the second unit better and give Rondo some guys to run with.
