BOX OUT
Our team is really poor at this and improvement would help every aspect of our team game.  Opponents shooting %, fast break points, turnovers etc etc

Our offensive shortcomings (without) PP would suddenly improve especially with rondo's passing game and fast break or at least not letting opposing team set up the defense.  Its simple, just work and everyone from kg to moore can do it.  If Jermaine can box his man out then that keeps a big off the glass and I don't' care if Ray Allen is getting those rebounds.

The problem is, it is tough to box out when you are trying to rotate after the guy on the perimeter did a matodor impression.

And its not just on the perimeter guys, because the bigs were not closing out on the pick and rolls either.  But the point is, they need to stop the penetration before they move on to even thinking about boxing out, because the penetration takes them out of position for the rebounds.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I think a lot of our problems could be solved by scoring more points over a 48 minute span than our opponents can. If we can simply score more points than the other guys do on a per-game basis, I don't see how we could possibly lose.

I can understand why we don't have our bigs make a rebounding triangle?

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.

But half the time our opponents are the refs! How can it be possible to get what you want against the refs?
