I think both Steamer and Steamy are fair game - can't overdo these things.

I mean it's gotta be "Steamer," right? It just fits.

BUT, if anything, we gotta drop the "er" and give it a real hard, over the top, "ahhh."  It's queued up in my head with Tony Mazz doing his local boston-guy accent:

"Dude, you see that kid Steamaahh the othah night? Kid reminds me of a young Robiiit Pahhhrish"

As a forced nickname, i'm thinking i might go with "Platinum Palisade."  I'm sure i can really p--- some people off by overusing that.  Also, yes, i did use thesaurus.com to come up with palisade.

"Steamy" was used most frequently in chat last night.  Though I kind of like "Stiem the Dream".

"Stiem the Dream" is a winnah!

I've been referring to him as the Stiemsmaniac since the first pre-season game.  It feels natural to me so I'll probably stick with that.  :)

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
