I agree. Westbrook is a good player but he's really a two guard playing the point. He's averages about seven assists per game. That doesn't cut at the point.

There were exactly 10 players in the _entire_ NBA who averaged more than 7 assists last season. Just 8 the season before that.
Actually, before Rondo there was no-one on the Celtics who averaged 6 assists or more for the last 10 years.
For that matter, Westbrook has averaged 8 apg for the last 2 seasons, but that's another story.
Yes we are spoiled by Rondo at the point. When it comes to the position Rondo plays it better than Westbrook.
