He needs to supersede Bradley, quickly.  We need OFFENSE, Bradley is the antithesis of that.

Not to turn this into a Doc-bashing thread, but it's well established that Doc puts guys, especially rookies, on the bench and just will not play them.
It's well-established that Doc will not play guys who haven't proven that they possess a reliable, NBA-caliber skill.

Glad I wasn't the only one to notice this.

Of course he's too small to guard forwards.  But he may have some potential to be a rotational combo guard, and he can guard some 1's and 2's adequately now, with just a couple of weeks of rookie preseason.

Through the first 2 games the Celtics have averaged 105.5 PPG, shot 51.4% from the field, 58.3% from three, 77.8% from the line.

The Celtics currently ranks last in the NBA in just about every defensive statistic you can call up.

I would say that given what we have seen thus far, we have plenty of offense and need defense desperately.

Oh...so when Nenad Krstic went from being a starter on a Western Conference playoff team to playing even more minutes for Boston to averaging less than 6 minutes a game in the playoffs against New York, when exactly did the magical fairy wave her wand and take away Krstic's "reliable, NBA-caliber skill"?  Was it two minutes before tip off of Game 1 against the Knicks?  Did the fairy send Doc a tweet to let him know that he could stop playing Krstic because he was going to lose his "reliable, NBA-caliber skill"?  Or did Doc just devine it like the guy from The Dead Zone by touching Krstic on the arm?

This Bradley/Mpore business is really a moot point. Once Pierce and Pieteus are ready, neither will play and both might end up in street clothes.
