Good for the Clippers. They have good backup depth 1-3 in Foye, Williams and Gomes but really needed a big.

No biggie, we are stacked at pf, I expect JJ to help THIS year.  We need true center or sg/swingman

I'm surprised at some of the hand-wringing over losing out on Reggie Evans.  He's a terrible scorer, shooter, passer, and defender, and he's coming off a major injury.  Even with his excellent rebounding I don't think a contender can justify giving Evans rotation minutes.
He's also redundant (with us), since we already have Garnett, Johnson, Bass, and Wilcox, who can all play his position.

Evans can be there bootleg Dennis Rodman

Their lineup of CP3, Billups, Blake, Caron and Jordan is a great starting lineup

Evans can come off the bench playing defense and grabbing boards

I love it, it means the Lakers are going to decline even more...

Reggie Evans doesn't play defense.  It's one reason the analogy as Rodman-lite doesn't work.
Some people forget that leaving your man to run to the rim is not good team defense.

He would'be been a good pickup.  However, as pointed out, he was rather redundant, especially since you really couldn't him and Bass out there together.

However, had JO gone down, we could've done this:
5- KG/Wilcox
4- Bass/Evans

Hopefully Danny can find a way to get some more 5 depth.
