Bummer... I woulda loved to have him banging the boards in spare back up minutes... Good pick up for the Clipper front line

He's a great fit for them.

Clippers needed a guy who wasn't looking to score, but will bang on the boards behind Jordan and Griffin.

Sterling is still their owner, though. $$ will always be an issue for them. And psychosis.

That 11th pick keeps getting later and later in the draft.

And racism, and bad karma, and Bill Simmons.

No chance we are getting Clippers pick within 11-19 in this draft.. But look on the bright side.. 2 First round picks is better than one. Lets just draft Mason Plumlee from Duke and William Buford from Ohio State and call it a draft..

I am kind of glad Evans went elsewhere.  While rebounding is great, we already have a banger who does not know how to rotate defensively, and Wilcox gives more on offense.

If the C's are going to bring in another vet big man (which I hope they do), I really hope it is someone who knows how to play pick and roll defense, because right now, we basically just have KG and JO.

He'll get minutes, but I can't say I'm disappointed he went somewhere else. We need a backup C more than another PF.

Evans is one more "beautiful black body" to add the to team.  Sterling makes me sick.

I'm glad this upcoming draft looks to be so deep.  Who knows what the real order would be and who will actually come out this year, but you have to be a happy if a player of Austin Rivers potential is ranked 18th on Chad Ford's big board.  I am right with you on Plumlee, I think he will at the minimum be a high quality rebounder and a good finisher.  Hopefully a lot of quality talent goes in the draft and some good players fall to our two first round picks.

I'm surprised at some of the hand-wringing over losing out on Reggie Evans.  He's a terrible scorer, shooter, passer, and defender, and he's coming off a major injury.  Even with his excellent rebounding I don't think a contender can justify giving Evans rotation minutes.

Couldnt have said it any better. He wouldnt have found PT here anyways.. Barring a injury of course..

I'm not bemoaning the loss of Reggie Evans on the Celtics.  I don't want him, but I think it's a good pick up for the Clippers who are in desperate need of any warm, big bodies to back up Jordan and Griffin.

Evans can be there bootleg Dennis Rodman

Their lineup of CP3, Billups, Blake, Caron and Jordan is a great starting lineup

Evans can come off the bench playing defense and grabbing boards

I love it, it means the Lakers are going to decline even more...

Reggie Evans doesn't play defense.  It's one reason the analogy as Rodman-lite doesn't work.
