I think the comparison to Mookie Blaylock turned out to be pretty good though.

Actually, overall I think the 91 rating they gave him seems pretty fair (as long as you look at it as a rating for NBA entrants and not NBA veterans).

8 out of 10 in Size – Not bad size for a PG, but a lot of PG’s are bigger (both height and weight), I think this should have been a 6 or 7.

Rondo's defense, ball-handling and passing were 10/10 in high school. There's a reason Kentucky recruited him.

Well if you want to take those ratings to mean how suited he is for the college game, then I'd agree with you.  But I think nbaraft.net is focusing on how suited somebody is for the NBA game (compared to other potential NBA rookies, not to NBA veterans).

I was speaking in NBA terms.  Rondo was already an elite ball-handler/passer in high school.  That's always been the foundation of his value as a player.
