Per Scott Souza :

Quote
Danny Ainge told Doc Rivers not to expect Jeff Green to practice next couple days, says he doesn't know why.

I wonder what's happening with Jeff...

let me say, if it was an injury, doc would know... what could it be?
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Theorically, yes, but I don't understand what is going on since he is not injured and he is officially signed by the C's so it can't be a paperwork issue.

Very odd.  I wonder if it's just a paperwork back log at the league office.
2025 Draft: Chicago Bulls

PG: Chauncey Billups/Deron Williams
SG: Kobe Bryant/Eric Gordon
SF: Jimmy Butler/Danny Granger/Danilo Gallinari
PF: Al Horford/Zion Williamson
C: Yao Ming/Pau Gasol/Tyson Chandler

Possibly. His signing has not yet been posted on NBA.com as being official.

Well, apparently it's nothing serious :

Quote
Danny Ainge: something came up in Jeff Green's physical, wouldn't say what. Claims not serious.

So do we now have Rondo, Pierce and Green out of practice due to physical issues?

I'm sorry, but I can't help but think that this is a delay tactic to again open up trade discussions with NO for Paul.

. . . except green can't be traded right now, so that's irrelevant.

Passing the physical makes the signing official. And nothing on NBA.com indicates the signing has gone through either.

Ergo, the signing is not official.

Maybe the medical issue could be a cause for annuling his contract, then allowing a sign & trade? Sounds unlikely but who knows.

Yeah could easily be a smoke screen to make a last chance at offer NOH the same package they were before, or it could be nothing. Hard to say at this point...
