A source close to #Celtics J. O'Neal said if he's traded to the #Hornets, he will ask to be waived, and will look to sign with the #Heat.

Yeah.  Supposedly he put in work this offseason to get in shape with the hope he could make 1 last title run with us.  If he goes to NO, thats not a possibility, so he'll try to sign on with another team with a title shot.  Miamis the closest around.

Doesn't sound like he'd be a guy who wants to come back here, which is a shame. Makes sense, he just left Miami last year.

Meh, J.O'Neal was terrible for Chris Bosh when they played together in Toronto. I see no reason why that would change now.

He'll take just as much away from that team as he adds ... and that's if he's healthy.

He is not allowed under the new CBA. Has to wait until next season before re-joining the C's if bought out by the Hornets.

J.O'Neal has to join a new team. Miami is his former club and a title contender.

Riley would want him back, and I obviously see the appeal.  I'm not going to lose any sleep about JO and the 30+ games he misses next year, though.

Yeah he's depth for them, not worrying about it.

If the play Bosh less at center with him it is better for us.

I don't know.

JO's health is precarious, but when he is on the court he can still playZ

Too much coffee and Gatorade. It's a hell of a mix. If you're ever tired in the morning, just try that mix, and tell me what you think. -Kevin Garnett

I wish we could find a way to keep Oneal and bring in West. Probably not possible though unfortunately... Ill miss JO, even though he was crazy injury plagued for us i was a fan of what he did on the court.

I liked JO. He did well in the playoffs. I wish him well. Hope he considers Dallas as well.
