That awkward moment when a guy you badmouthed in the CB Draft becomes a Celtic and you have to root for him to succeed even though if he does, you look like an idiot.

Well, I'm definitely hoping that I'm right and you're wrong, KC.   ;D

Wait, what?!

That was my reaction as well...I hope Aldridge got the name right this time..and is not talking about Delonte West. ;D

Yeah, exactly.  Or maybe retired player Doug West?

David West makes absolutely no sense to me, but I'll take it.  I'd be very, very happy to have him on the team.

I have no comments cause I'm in shock but I hope it happens obviously. This would be incredible but I don't know how they're signing him with 3 million unless I'm missing something.

Could it be a trade?

It seems we're gonna have a lot of PF's, no?  Not that I'm complaining...

Frontcourt players are like pitchers, you can't have enough good ones.

Look at all the injuries we had there last year.

Yeah if this happens it feels like we'd have to flip somebody sooner or later.  But if West will come at the MMLE we've got to take him and worry about the rest as we go.

There's no denying this would be huge, I'm still worried about our Center depth though.

If this is legit, I hope we're not sign-and-trading for him.  That'd probably have to involve Green which puts us back to square one for a backup to Pierce.

Kinda fits in with what they said on Comcast Training Camp Live about taking the best player available.

I thought Green couldn't be traded if he accepted the qualifying offer? Or at least had to approve it or something? I may be wrong but that was my understanding.
