Yeah, even if not favorites, but those signings sound a bit too optimistic. I thought Okur was finished, but he apparently played well for Ankara and looked fit.

Don't believe that team can beat Miami. Just not enough inside or on the perimeter.

We have no idea what, or even IF, JJJ and ETM can contribute this year.  Also over the past few years, with the C's being a competitive team, Doc has really held back on playing the rookies.  I think this team needs a few upgrades or it will be a middle playoff seed and a 1st or 2nd round knockout.

as of right now, the answer is no :'(  but it depends on who fills our roster and what moves danny can make.

they'd have a chance but I think it'd be a better chance if they kept Green and signed another big man with the MLE.  I don't see Rip going anywhere but Chicago

How does a 29 year old Chris Wilcox compare to 39 year old Shaq? Granted he's probably less of a low post defender being 4 inches shorter but offensively I've been reading that he's pretty beast (and crazy athletic.

Last year we killed with Shaq. Killed. If Wilcox can do what Shaq did, i.e. finish what Rondo spoonfeeds him, why not?

Nothings impossible , but highly unlikely....long shot. Wade brakes a leg or rose is injured , need somthing profound to happen in Bostons favor.  With Heat and Bulls loaded and heathly , it should be  OKC vs Bull/Heat matchup

Then there is always the LA, who have the league by the nads , they will figure out a way to get CP3 and DH  , they always get their way , by hook or crook ....... I never count them out .

LBJ might be king this year withthe heathy lineup behind him.

If either Wade or Lebron gets injured then I think they make the finals...The Knicks have Chandler now but at the expense of losing Billups...I guess they are a little better overall now as well.

No, not playing 4 on 5 on the offensive end in crunch time.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."
