The experience the last few days of CP3 wanting to go to LA (or NY) and DH wanting to go to NJ (or LA) seems to really hammer home the point that Boston is not seen an attractive place to sign Free Agents. Boston is not South Beach, Hollywood or the Big Apple. This sucks. How the heck are the Celtics going to sign a player whom can be the best player on a Championship team with their cap room next summer?

Now I understand even more why Danny was willing to chance on CP3 even if their was a good risk of only having him for 6 months.

The Celtics might need to build a team in the mold of the 2004 Detroit Pistons.

Build a balanced lineup with top tier talent but one without a true franchise player.
