Philadelphia 76ers free-agent forward Thaddeus Young is still hopeful of re-signing with the team if he receives a fair offer. Young has a strong relationship with Sixers coach Doug Collins. The Celtics and Denver Nuggets are also interested in Young.

Can't see Philly valuing Jeff Green over Thaddeus Young.  Young's been more productive thus far in their careers.

One source explained that a solid contract offer to Young would be in the range of $28 million to $32 million over four years. The Sixers would match a contract in this range, multiple NBA sources confirmed.

If that contract value begins creeping near $38 million to $40 million and possibly even higher, the Sixers will have a difficult decision to make.

With that and our cap space in mind we can see how interested and have the possibility of signing are very different for Boston.

I actually think Youngs numbers are inflated being on such a terrible team. If young had been a third option in OKC or a backup in Boston, you really think he would be a more productive player than Green. Dont think so.

I was a Jeff Green fan ever since he was at Georgetown. He was solid up in OKC with Durant

And Im still a fan of Jeff Green to this day.
